About me.
I’m Beth — registered counsellor & psychotherapist, meditation teacher, former teacher, mother, and fellow messy and curious human.
My work is centred around personal growth and healing, creating possibility, returning to our truest selves, nurturing what matters to us, and making room for all that is to come, all while finding ourselves here in the present.
